Hello

My name is Jen and ​​I’m the person you call when your home feels overwhelming and you just want someone to step in, take charge and declutter, organise or pack your home to move properly, efficiently and without the drama. I get it. 

All About Me

Growing up in Brisbane, I lived in everything from big family homes to a small cottage and compact units and a townhouse. No matter the space, I was always the one making lists, trying to rearrange rooms, doing the packing, and finding better ways to make things work. 
 

That instinct followed me into my professional career, where I spent years managing  large-scale and small events and corporate communications across large organisations in the private and public sector. My job was often to bring structure to chaos, coordinate people and moving parts, communicate well, and think on my feet.  
 

Over time, friends and family started asking for help with moves, downsizing and getting homes back under control.  I spent most of 2025 as a carer of an elderly parent and through research and contacting removalists, estate clearance specialists, and home organisers, I quickly learned that there was a gap in the Brisbane market for a cost efficient, one-stop-shop organisation service with no hidden fees, no extras, and a flat pricing structure.

 

So, what started as helping people during stressful life moments became something I realised I genuinely loved. People see their spaces transform before their eyes and feel genuinely relieved. Singles or couples on a budget who are packing to move, get an extra pair of hands for a few hours or a few days which saves them precious time.

Trust me when I say, I am calm, empathetic and have seen it all before and I am not going to judge you or your situation.

I have a blue card and a police clearance for that added peace of mind.
